When a study group tried it for eight weeks, the egg eaters lost the most weight.
Bagel only eaters lost only half as much in inches and pounds.
What about two eggs with a bagel?
The study was funded by ....dum de dum dumb....the American Egg Board.
Other findings...egg eaters felt like they had more energy, ate less during the day, felt fuller longer and were more satisfied.
Could we expect any different finding on an egg funded research?
