Question: When should a teacher be hit on the head with a pair of drum mallets?

Answer: Right BEFORE he tells his 7-year old student to hit himself as hard as he can on the head.

The teacher says he told the little tike twice to stop hitting the drums so hard. When that didn't work...the teacher thought to teach the boy a 'lesson' - what it would be like to be a drum skin.

So, he told the boy to him himself in the head...first with soft mallets, then with hard mallets, I guess, until he got it right.

Of course, now everyone wants the teacher's head. No room for mistakes here...no way.

The 13-year veteran teacher messed up royally...

Question: Is it time for him to find a new job? Or can a teacher learn something, too?
