Here's more evidence that America's high school students might not be the brightest.

A 29-year old female cop and a 33-year old male cop both passed themselves off as high school students for four months while working undercover.

With not much problem, the two were able to buy "marijuana, Ecstasy, cocaine and the prescription drug oxycodone — as well as rifles and semiautomatic handguns."

In the end, the two 'youngsters' were able to bust 12 students, ages 13-18 and two adults.

The students came from three different high schools in Washington state - Federal Way High School, Todd Beamer High School and Decatur High School.

Kudos to the two undercover cops for being able to pass themselves off so effectively.

As for the high school kids who got caught...maybe they need to pay more attention in phys ed or social studies. Good grief.
