What to do -
1. create a regular exercise routine - a 24 hour rec center makes it convenient to go between classes. Who cares if you are sweaty for the next class? It's better than being fat for the next class.
2. eat small meals, several times a day instead of just one - whenever!
3. do NOT skip breakfast
4. avoid sweets at night
5. eat your fruits and veggies
6. go easy on the booze and soda
7. visit your school's recreation and wellness center, take notes and follow through
