Students Invent Alcohol Powder - Just Add Water

Some students at the Helicon Vocational Institute in Amsterdam have developed powdered alcohol that can legally be sold to minors.

"Mommy! Look at Mikey bouncing off the TV."

"Shut up and finish the Barney episode."

The product is called Booz2Go and costs just $1.35-$2.

By just adding water to the backet, a bubbly, lime-colored and lime flavored drink with 3% alcohol is concocted. Apparently the product rivals Bacardi-mixed drinks.bacardi.jpg

You must be 16 to buy alcohol in liquid form in the Netherlands. Remember...nobody every included the Dutch of being uptight.

The boys of Helicon want to market their product to the under 16 crowd and are hoping companies will buy their product...free of taxes because the alcohol is in powder form instead of liquid.

Already some companies are interested....in destroying brain cells of the younger set....getting them ready for college life no doubt.

Would you drink alcohol if it came in powdered form?
