It's a problem when university aged students have too much time on their hands.
Maybe it would be better if school went year around. I mean, how many students work the farms now in the summer time anyway?
And if, school went through the summer...
1. campuses would be used year round - no more cooling empty buildings. Get more use out of the mega money invested in the school system.
2. graduations would happen sooner - get 'em in, get 'em out.
3. we'd get more work out of the professors for the amount they are paid
4. and, and....best of all, students would live longer ![]()
One 18-year old and one 19-year old thought it would be fun to drive a car into a lake. (Saw it in the movies, maybe?)
So...they build a dirt ramp 2-3 feet high, at the lake's edge and drove fast enough (35mphish) to fly 40 feet from the shore in an old car they had cut the roof off of. (Fast escape?)
The car sank...the boys floated to the top. Cool!!!
Then the 18-year old sank bank down.
Next morning, the divers found his body after a two hour search.
How about a summer school class on Stupid Stunts 101?
