Old geezers of every generation have been saying that about the younger generation for well, generations.
The new college grads entering the work place have new priorities, are looking for something different.
1. Within 3 years, college grads want to have their personal life and work life balanced. Good luck on knowing what that would entail.
2. Going back to school ranked second
3. Contributing to society is a want by one in three new workers
4. Working for a company with high ethical standards
beats employment at a financially sound business.5. An environment where one can learn, be mentored and make a difference is expected, NOT just hoped for.
