I suppose it would depend on who you were kissing, who was watching and whether you were allowed to be kissing in the first place...but it appears that a kiss-sized amount of dark chocolate is enough to lower blood pressure.
A new study was published in the Journal of the American Medical Association reported that a small dose of dark chocolate will lower blood pressure without the unbenefit of weight gain.
The amount permitted...6.3 grams, about the size of one Hershey's Kiss or 30 calories.
I don't reckon that 30 calories of anything in a day would cause significant weight gain unless a person where to eat about a hundred of them.
And, wouldn't a person's blood pressure climb if they knew they could only have one kiss? I mean, who can eat just one Hershey's kiss?
Experts at the
University of Rochester Medical Center agree with me."Our society, media and our business industries do not promote moderation."
Yea...if we did most everything moderation...chances are we would all have low blood pressure.
