The things adults will do with condoms...especially when they are too old to use them.
The director of a Dutch health service said "Sometimes when kids play with condoms they blow them up like balloons. (I never did that when I was a kid, did you?)
He went on..."I was toying around with that thought and that's when I got the idea to try to make a hot air balloon in the form of a condom."
Thus was born a 38 meter (127') high hot pink air balloon shaped like a condom.
On the condom were written the words "Safe Sex" in Dutch and the balloon was floated over a three-day concert that 80,000 some young people were supposed
to attend.The balloon took three months to make and 15 minutes to fill up...with hot air! with hot air!
Speaking of hot air, on the ground there surely were a few men trying to pass the ginormous contraceptive off as theirs.
The Dutch don't do/think the same we do here in the U.S., do they?
Not all the Dutch people are so mad to agree this sort of things.But it is a pity they always get the attention of television and the papers.
