compulsory education and the range of exemptions is expected to expand.Nearly 80% of China's primary and junior middle school students are among the 150 million rural households with students that age.
Perhaps those 30+ million fellows who outnumber girls in the rest of the country can head to Xinjiang to find a wife....and a smart one at that.
