
More than half of college students surveyed in eight universities say they feel unhealthy.
Less than one in three think they are fit.
The reasons they felt so bad:
1. poor sleep quality, including insufficient sleep
2. lack of exercise
80% of students said it took at least one hour for them to fall asleep.![]()
85% said they couldn't concentrate in classes because of a lack of sleep.
The school/work load and cyber games were the
two main culprits interfering with sleep time.
Though 86% say they are fond of exercise and sports, only 32% said they found the time to participate.....
