Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix made $33 million at the British box office last weekend ... a new record.
It was also the highest ever four-day weekend take for Britain.
The only other film to do better in one day was Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.
The movie has already made $330 million worldwide...but Friday is coming....midnight madness is coming.![]()
The books will open and little kids will fall asleep at about page 26. Sooner?
If Harry can make this much money on the first five flicks, what's in store for numbers six and seven in t
he series when they become blockbusters? And, btw, which is better? The books or the movies?
Is anybody saying?
What do you think?

The books are the best. The books are always better than the movies because they give more details. After seeing the 5th Harry Potter movie I believe that the movies are now going down hill.
"There is nothing better than a good book".
