An assistant professor of pediatrics at Baylor College of Medicine says -
Kids should have no more than one milligram of caffeine per pound of body weight.
If Spike weighs 50lbs, lemme see...50 mg of caffeine are the limit for the day.
Good to keep it away from little Dolly 6 hours before bedtime, too.
How much caffeine is there in the drinks your kids slurp?
1. Energy drink 76mg
2. Iced Tea - 50mg
3. Mountain Dew - 37mg
4. Orange soda - 27mg
5. Pepsi - 25 mg
6. Coke - 23mg
7. Chocolate milk - 5mg
Hmm....what do I want my kids to drink, I wonder?
Do your kids do soda?
