
Everybody has a strategy for losing weight.
I know how to lose weight but am much better at finding it.
It seems to me that if there were one best way to drop the pounds, EVERYONE would do it.
Perhaps what is best is to find a few ways, have a grocery list of options that work and then pick and chose what suits or will work for you....no?
An 'expert' at Pennsylvania State University has a tip.
Start lunch and dinner off with a veggie-rich salad and/or broth-based soup.![]()
Rationale...won't be much room left for the big calories items. Instead, the stomach will be filled, at least partially, with
low-calorie foods.
Onions, bell peppers, carrots, broccoli, cucumbers, salad greens, beef or chicken broth soup.....then, see what else you can fit it WITHOUT stuffing.
We're not all Takeru Kobayashi or Joey Chestnut.

i want to lose a lot of weight. Im going to be 15 in 5 months. Can you please help me lose weight. I weight 160 pounds. I want to weight like around 110 or 115 lbs. Please help me.
