
"The 3-Hour Diet" does not mean you get to eat three hour meals...though it sounds like it might be fun.
Uh, nah, it doesn't sound like much fun after all.
My wife and I decided to never go to buffets again...at least not until we go again...because we usually stuff ourselves until we have had too much...but keep on going...then have way too much...but still not stop, because it's an all-you-can-eat and dang it we'd better keep on eating till we can't stand it anymore. And THEN hav desert because there is ALWAYS room for ice cream....
Anyway...no more buffets for us.![]()
"The 3-Hour Diet," according to one fitness guru means to eat every 3 hours (Not buffet style).
The idea is to keep your metabolism active. If the body
thinks more food is coming, it will burn more efficiently the energy it already has.By NOT eating so much or so often, the body tends to go into survival mode, that is to store energy by turning calories into fat.
Three moderate meals with three snacks (100 calories) in between is the ticket.
Wow...food in - six times a day....and lose weight at the same time.
