A University of Toronto psychologist has concluded that we eat like our friends.
If everyone is pigging out....why not me, too?
If my dormies are eating pizza or coney islands before bed time, why shouldn't I join them?
Well...maybe they have a metabolism that can offset the Joey Chestnut activities and you don't. That's why.

The UT doc says stay away from the big eaters in your social circles...at least during meal times or when there is food
around. And, tell me, doc,...when are we with our friends and NOT eating? Each person has a different fuel efficiency system. Fortunately, most of us know just how much we can eat and maintain our weight. Unfortunately, most of us don't listen to better senses.
And, in some cases, listening to our friends won't help.
What's your best weight loss tip?
OH...and if you eat something when your friends are NOT watching...it still counts.
