I got to wondering...what is it Donald Trump and his crowd looking for?
And, can the winning young lady be considered the best America has to offer - the brightest - the most attractive - the most talented - the most balanced?
I wondered enough about it to go looking to find what it takes to be considered, to get your name in the hat, to be screened.
There are three steps:
1. Select a recent snapshot and mark the back with your name and address.
2. Complete the application by filling out the form on our
website.
3. Print and mail your application and your photo to at:

In the application, there are the personals....height, weight...and such...oh, and recruiter.
No essay...no resume...no background info...no references....??!!
What the pageant organizers want to know are two things:
1. What does the young lady look like?
2. Who has been primping and prepping her?
2007 Miss Teen USA - the best America has to offer in young ladies?
I don't think so. The best the Miss Universe factory network can churn out perhaps but not the best student, best individual or even the prettiest.
Those young ladies and I think there must be quite a few bus loads of them are home studying...getting the best grades they can ....making their parents, siblings and friends proud....and have hearts of gold....not recruiters who's turn it may be to have someone in the top 10 or top five this year.
