White collared workers know a good deal when they see one. They also know when the salary they make isn't going to make it. Oh...and the younger ones remember where they can find a good cheap meal....the university cafeteria.

Students may complain, but China's university campuses are open to the public.
Food prices in China are soaring in recent months....however, campus prices remain about the same....for now.
