Covering the business of education and training

There is a big push for multicultural education these days. I taught a class on it once at a graduate school in upstate New York.

Here in California nearly every resume that is completed has a question dealing with the applicant's views on peoples of different cultures. And, if the application doesn't get you...the interviewer surely will.

However, I think I learned the most about cross communication NOT at school but when I met Kim and was offered kimchee.
