Apple Company said its iTunes has sold more than 3 billion songs since its launch four years ago....1 billion of those in the past six months and most of them to college kids?
Each of my two sons bought a MacBook and an iMac respectively.
Because I teach and the other is in college both were given a ten percent discount AND an iPod nano, valued at $199.
Lemme think real hard...I wonder how many songs Apple is hoping each of the two boys will download onto their free Nanos.
Does 200+ sound like a good number?
We all like to get something for free....especially something
that is valued at $200.But, when Apple gives free nanos to college students...Apple wins.
And, they win about 3 billion times.
iTunes catalog has over 5 million songs, 550 television shows and 500 movies...none of which I will pay to watch or listen to.
