Here's something EVERY college and university student needs...an alarm clock that sounds off...then rolls away and hides until the user gets up, finds it and turns it off.

Gauri Nanda was a student in the United States when she came up with the idea...because, well, she couldn't get up in the mornings.

She came up with the idea - Nanda Clocky - and sat on it for a couple of years.

Back in Japan, she formed a company and launched the product earlier this year.

It's a hit...an 8,400 ($70) a unit hit.

It also gets hit, whacked, kicked and goes flying when the user does finally find it, too.

But...at least they are a bit more likely to show up on time for class...a bit.
