Good grief!
Apparently God has responded to the lawsuit.
"This one (filing) miraculously appeared on the counter. It just all of a sudden was here, poof!" said John Friend, clerk of the Douglas County District Court in Omaha.
It is indeed impossible that God would file a response. There is no chance that a lawyer could be found in heaven to do the deed.
The archangel Michael is listed as a witness.
The Nebraska senator and self-proclaimed agnostic said he is serious about the claim against God but his real purpose is to make a point - anybody can sue anybody.
Another point - our law system is broken.
