I wrote a couple of months ago - 7 Reasons to NOT Be Barry Bond's 756th Home Run Ball.
Mark Ecko has added an eigth and a ninth.
Mark Ecko bought Barry Bond's 756th Home Run Ball for $752,467. Bidding $756K might have been more appropriate, but why waste the $3,533 when he is already wasting enough to pay off the mortgage on my house?
Fashion designer Mark Ecko has enough money to waste apparently.
He will let fans decide to:
1. Send it to Cooperstown as is.
2. Brand it with an asterisk, then send it to Cooperstown.
3. Blast it into space.
Reason number 8...the ball will live with a scarlet letter or be space dust....or maybe not.

Reason number 9...Barry Bonds now hates Mark Ecko because of the ball.
Barry Bonds so eloquently spoke, "All of those options don't weigh anything."
Not even the first one Barry? Gosh.
"He's stupid. He's an idiot," Bonds said. "He spent $750,000 on the ball and that's what he's doing with it? What he's doing is stupid."
Ecko responded in a statement he would make Bonds a custom T-shirt that says, "Marc Ecko paid $752,467 for my ball, and all I got was this 'stupid' T-shirt."'
