Stanford University is NOT always the best choice.
I mean even you get in, you do NOT have to finish...call it quits after two years.
You can be an artist, a musician or try professional sports.
The last option is the best, IF, you are Tiger Woods.
Tiger Woods left Stanford after two years perhaps having learned enough about
economics to know what it means to get a $100 million deal from a sports drink company = Gatorade.Other endorsements Tiger Woods already has are:![]()
1. Nike,
2. Buick,
3. Tag Heuer,
4. Accenture,
5. Gillette
6. Electronic Arts...maker of a video game.
The economics are not too hard in the above endorsements.
Yup...I suppose Stanford is NOT the only option for an unparalleled sportsman like Tiger.
But then...what if his dad had told him, "making it is a professional sportsman is too hard little fellow. Better study hard, get into a good school. Get a good education. That's the smart choice."
It might be the smart choice...but we dads NEVER tell our kids what they can NOT do, do we?
Or do you?
My kids will NEVER hear from what they cannot do....NEVER.
