The justice minister in Japan is looking for more 'tranquil' ways to administer the death penalty.
Yeah...we might need that, too...here in the U.S. in any of the 38 states that still executes serious bad guys by -
Hanging - THUD!
Lethal injections - shake, rattle, spit and roll for 30 minutes
Electrocution - bbbbzzzt...snap, crackle and pop!
I have some ideas -
How about -
feeding them to alligators.... 
throwing them out of a window ...
stuffing them into a cardboard box...
bash their heads with a vodka bottle...
Yeah...most any of them will do, I think.
Most Japanese support capital punishment.
