Harvard College has a plan so talented students from families of low and moderate income can still attend.

There are four initiatives -

Financial aid - if the family makes less than $40K, school will be free. $40k-60K, contributions will be reduced.

Recruiting - Harvad will intensify efforts to reach students from a wide range of backgrounds an financial circumstances.

Admissions - a policy that emphasizes remarkable accomplishment despite limited resources.

Pipeline - Crimson Summer Academy for financially disadvantaged students in the Boston area.

But...you still have to be smart.
