Really now...
A survey in Japan revealed that 1 in 17 teenagers hanging around Tokyo's Shibuya-ku have been infected with a sexually transmitted disease (STD).
They were also found lacking in knowledge of STDs = stupid about it.
For example -
1. STDs are 10 times easier to get than to get pregnant.
2. Chlamydia can prevent women from having children.
3. 50% of the surveyed didn't know AIDS was spreading among young people.
Also revealed -
Of Japanese high school students and teenage high school grads:
1. 68% had experienced sex
2. 5.8% had an STD.
3. The average number of sex partners - 5.2.
4. Those who had been infected by an STD - 37 partners!!!!
Who can keep track of that many?
I lost track after...um...never mind.
Still think the little teenage girls in Japan are cute?Think again.
