Coors and Miller Lite are joining forces in hopes of competeing against the US industry leader Anheuser-Busch, brewer of Budweiser, Michelob and Bud Light...and keeper of half the market.
For whatever reason...the whole beer thing reminded me of a couple of jokes.
Q: Why does beer go through the body so quickly?
A; Because it doesn't have to stop to change colors before it goes back out.

There was a king who never smiled...never ever.
He promised to give up to half of kingdom if someone could make him smile.
Jokers and jesters and clowns and dancers...nothing worked.
One day an American showed up with a case of Budwesier beer.
"I can make you smile, King. But you have to listen to me and do what I s
ay."
The king agreed.
After they each drank about three bottles of beer, the American excused himself to go to the bathroom.
The king decided to go, too...but the America told him he had to stay.
After US Joe came back they drank another three bottles each and Joe excused himself.
The King was not permitted to go.
Another round of three beers and another trip to the bathroom with the king left behind.
After a dozen beers each, Joe got up to go and the King said, he was going also...no matter what.
Finally, standing next to the urinal...the king was able to relieve himself...with, yup, a big big smile.

If only drinking were always fun and funny.
But it's not....
