In this case a mom got angry at her son for not getting a job. So, he axed her.
Got her in the neck...killed her. Dead.

It's the same in Japan, except this mom was 82-years old and her son was 59.
59-years old and still living at home with mom. Yeah, mom, I think it was high time he got a job, too.
