A 40-year old woman didn't know about the connotation of the slogan on her t-shirt until a professor from her tourism group persuaded her to change it because he thought the words were embarrassing.
The T-shirt - "I like being on top."
He told her the message meant "she wanted sex."
Uh...prof...sorry...but that's not what it means.
A preference in a position when having sex, maybe...
The woman, ashamed then figured the shirt's meaning might have had something to do with people smiling weirdly and whistling at her.
Nah...a t-shirt won't do that.
Nike Inc said it would give a refund to the woman from Beijing who bought the Nike T-shirt in Europe.
Nike says the t-shirt is sold worldwide but noone esle has complained.
I guess it depends on who's wearing it and whether or not they enjoy the whistles and smiles.
Well...I like being on top...and it has nothing to do with sex.
How about you?
