Jeri Thompson says she is no "trophy wife."
Well, Jeri, your husband Fred is no trophy either.
The two are separated in age by two complete Chinese lunar cycles - that's 24 years, making them born in the same year, I suppose, unless one of them was born early on in the year.
Trophy or no trophy...make no bones about it, Fred certainly got the better end of the deal in the marriage....unless, of course, Jeri becomes first lady. But then, some might say Fred got it because she joined the cause...no matter.
The 65- and 41-year old have two kids - 4- and 1-years old.
My question is....how big an age difference is too big and when does it
matter?
When Fred was in his 40s, Jeri was still a teenager.
Yeah, I know, we don't have to go back that far.
The couple has been married just five years and change. And they have no chance at matching another couple married at 17- and 14-years old who celebrated their 80th Wedding Anniversary.
