Campus Grotto has investigated and come up with a list of the 20 most expensive colleges and universities, by tuition rates, to study at.

They are:

The next ten. 

Now multiply that by four or five and you can have an undergraduate degree.

That state university is looking pretty good now...unless you are the one who is NOT paying for it.
