The very first session at BlogWorld Expo 2007 was about Connectology....getting people to connect with one another.
Larry Benet was the speaker, and he is known as “The Connector” and ”The Connector to Billionaires and Millionaires“.
He dropped some serious names - Larry King, Richard Branson, Ted Turner...people he ate breakfast with, got book deals with, sold airplanes, too (well, maybe not that last one.)
Three un-secrets to connectology - (I hope I got these right.)

2. Give someone value
3. Take action in the moment - do it now
Larry Benet may be just a polished speaker...I don't think he is just that. He does care and he is a giver is my impression.
Me, I am not much of a smoozer...I enjoy hanging out at home not bothering anyone or being bothered...but here at BlogWorld I am trying to do the networking thing. Asking questions, getting to know people, thinking if there is something that I can give to them.
I wrote to Larry Benet....sure enough, he wrote back.
