The town is 13 acres in the Hill Country of TX and has an old rock schoolhouse, famous for once educating
former (future for them) president Lyndon Baines Johnson.
He could have done better in school if you ask me.
There's a dance hall, a bar and even ghosts, who presumably don't pay their rent....even on Halloween.
Cheap - $2.5 million....and it's only about an hour due north of San Antonio, unless you are going by horse.
