"Nope."
"Any disputes on property?"
"Nope."
"Next!"
The 20 somethings in China are the products of:
1. being only children
2. doting parents
3. whims catered to by grandparents.
Especially in the middle- and upper-class.
Really now. What a surprise!

Prof. Fucius, no relation to Con-, says the emotional needs of children were ignored while parents buried themselves in their work to make a better country, a better life.
Sounds a whole like Japan, except in Japan, kids weren't only children.
It used to be that couple's worked together to buy a television set, a bicycle or a refrigerator.
Now couples move about horizontally in relationships, even AFTER marriage, to get 60" flat screen LCDs, Harley Davidson's, and cruise trips to Alaska.
Parents in China tell their kids to marry "into a rich family and you will be set."
Indeed, until somebody richer comes along or wants to move into your family.
