Katie Holmes went 'rulking' at the NYC Marathon.
Rulking - that's not a run and its not a walk....it's rulk.
5 hours, 29 minutes and 58 seconds does NOT qualify as having RUN the NYC marathon in my book and no serious runner would agree...non serious runners as well.
She covered the distance...good for her....good publicity and all that.
But the time...is slow....very slow.
Change the 5 to a 3 and she'll have my respect.
Lance Armstrong...2:46 or something like that. That's running.
The fastest women, Paula Radlcliffe, ran more than twice as fast as Holmes.![]()
If a runner is moving twice as fast as you are...then chances are you are NOT running at all...you are rulking at most...and more likely just walking.
What's the fastest you have ever covered a marathon distance on your own feet? And not standing up in a moving vehicle?
