Muhammad is/was the name of a stuffed Teddy Bear in Sudan.

Muhammad, Mohammad...half the Islam men have the name, or not.

Kids love and respect the prophet, or so they are taught to. And he is intelligent.

So, why not name the little bear Muhammed?

So thought their teacher, Ms Gibbons, from England.

Ms. Gibbons was arrested for insulting the holy prophet of Islam.

She faces punishment, including the lashes.

I hope they make the kids watch.

"Look kids, this is what happens to teachers who teach you to love your teddy bear, treat it kindly, and name him after our holy prophet."

School officials are coming to the defense of the 54-year old teacher saying,  “This was a completely innocent mistake. Miss Gibbons would have never wanted to insult Islam.”

The mistake is in thinking that radicals in Islam, or radicals in any religion can make any sense.

I think I am going to buy my little girl a bear and name him Muhammed.

Do you think these Islamic fundamentalists are off the deep end somewhere?
