Kids don't need parents who are their friends.
“I was just trying to be a friend,” said the mom.
The mom had driven her her daughter and six friends to a nearby store to buy toilet paper.
After that she drove them to their school to toilet paper the campus.
“They begged me and begged me and I gave in.”
The store manager where the girls bought the toilet paper thought the girls might be up to no good and called the police.
Now parents are not only relying on schools to discipline their kids, but need to rely on 7-11 store managers, too!? ![]()
The girls were caught on a security video at the school.
Another camera caught the license plate number of the mom’s van.
Mom and the girls were ’startled’ when the police showed up.
What is more startling is that this mom doesn’t know where the line is between being a mom and being a friend.
Answer - kids have enough friends. They don’t need another. They need parents!
Forget about being a friend!
