
There's a lot of ways to lose weight. Unfortunately for me, it's much easier to find it.
My wife can just look at a menu item in a restaurant and I will gain weight.
It's not fair. But, it's true.
However, here are 14 ways to lose 20lbs according to the American Cancer Society.
Do/eat whatever it is you usually do/eat to maintain your weight, then add
1. 145 hours of aerobic dance
2. Bike for 241 hours at less than 10mph
3. Bike for 118 hours at greater than 10 mph
4. Jump rope for 73 hours
5. Do light gardening for 233 hours. You can start at my house.
6. Run/jog/rulk at greater then 5 mph for 118 hours.
7. Sit for 864 hours.
8. Sleep for 1,555 hours. Remember, this is in addition to your regular schedule.
9. Stretch 389 hours.
10. Swim for 137 hours.
11. Type 686 hours.
12. Walk at 3.5 mph for 250 hours.
13. Walk at 4.5 mph for 152 hours.
14. Lift weights, NOT just talk to them, for 159 hours.
Add any of these activities or a mix of them to a lifestyle that is neither gaining or losing weight, and you will drop 20 lbs.
