There are at least seven areas that need attention for good time management and to get the most out of a college experience, make that the most out of life. In the following days/weeks, I will address them.
Before going there, let me say you need to give up on wanting more hours in the day. It won’t happen. Those who have gone before you tried to do it and they couldn’t. You or your friends won’t be able to lengthen a day either unless your name is Joshua. (Only a good Bible student will know why.)
The areas I will cover are:
1. How to schedule your time effectively.
2. How to stop procrastinating
3. How to shut out distractions
4. How to manage your studies
5. How to manage your work and your personal life.
6. How to manage stress.
7. How to enjoy your college experience.
Good time management skills does three things:
1. make life easier,
2. gives you more opportunity to do the many things you want,
3. makes not only college but life more fun.
Some things you might want to fit into your schedule - Party, make friends, work out, get a job, swim, fall in love, climb, travel, fall out of love, study, take tests, pass tests, excel, graduate.
How are your time management skills?
