Christmas is here. And, yes, there are still a whole lot of teachers who are loved, work hard at their job and are appreciated enough that someone wants to give them a gift.

3. Homemade cookies/candies/sweets - depending on his/her waistline
4. Gift cards - coffee shops, supply stores, the spa
5. modest gifts - nothing to outshine the others or embarrass the teacher

7. a letter praising the teacher to his/her boss
8. a volunteer day/week to help out the teacher

Yeah, most any of them would make me happy at Christmas time.
