Christmas Tree fight!
Missouri State University removed its Christmas tree from one of its main buildings because of objections.
Meetings and haggling and bickering and otherwise good spread of Christmas cheer followed.
In the end, the tree is back and a menorah (is a seven branched candelabrum lit by olive oil in the Tabernacle and the Temple in Jerusalem - one of the oldest symbols of the Jewish people) will be placed alongside it.
Oh, boy!
“Missouri State is an institution at which many different religions are
represented, and we try to be sensitive to the many views people hold. After having had a chance to air this out a bit more and consider the various perspectives of our campus community, I am happy that the Christmas tree will be back up along with the many others that were already on campus," said the Missouri prez.
Great idea!
Let's make everyone happy so we can make noone happy.
It's Christmas season.
Let the fights begin.
What do you think of the Christmas season?
