Until now, marijuana use has not been a problem in Japan.

Five Japanese students were arrested for dealing marijuana at a cram school.

Two more are under investigation. 

The real surprise might be how long it has taken to happen OR how long the problem has been hidden in Japan.

Five youths 18- to 19-years old have been arrested.

"I used marijuana to fight off the stress of university entrance exams, and out of curiosity," said the students.
