Students in need of help on college tuition, some of them anyway, have a new donor they can ask.
Their sperm donor.
Good grief.
Some knucklehead, the nice guy kind, in NY kindly donated sperm to a female co-worker. The man who was a physician at the time followed up by sending presents and cards to the kid over the years. He also allowed his name to be put on the birth certificate so the kid would have some sort of identity.
Nice guy.
Now, a judge has ruled that he WILL continue to be a donor to help pay for the girl's college tuition.
Nice judge.
The judge will NOT let the child be DNA tested because - the results could have a "traumatic effect" upon the girl.
No matter what kind of effect the donations will have on the father.
The lawyer for the mom says the man's interactions with the child over the years had a patriarchal nature.
Nice lawyer.
And the mom says, "....."
Idiot mom.
No good deed goes unpunished indeed.
