A friend of mine introduced me to the name Greg Mortenson.
Mortenson wrote a book with David Oliver Relin - "Three Cups of Tea : One Man’s Mission to Fight Terrorism and Build Nations … One School at a Time."
Mortenson went from a homeless 'climbing bum' to become the director of the Central Asia Institute. The organization built 55 schools serving Pakistan and Afghanistan's poorest communities.
They give hope to tens of thousands of children.
His book jacket calls it 'living proof that one passionate dedicated person truly can change the world.'
My friend asked her family over dinner, 'what kind of world would it be if everyone lived like that?'
Then she asks. "What is God calling you to be passionately dedicated about?"
Okay...what are you being calling to be dedicated to?
