I can think of two definitive reasons why there was no UFO in Stephenville, Texas, regardless of what Jody Foster thinks about it being a terrible waste of space.
There are generally two explanations for the origin of the universe.
One is that the universe was created.
The other is that it came about by chance.
The creation account we find in the Bible. If there were life elsewhere in the universe, then the Creator would have been required to repeat the whole process in other stars, galaxies and otherwise, including the salvation process. I can't see
that happening, that is, it doesn't make sense that God would have to identify himself with his creation many times, dying over and over again. The evolution account, unreasonable as it is, allows for the formation of life over billions and trillions of years. Gosh, were there life in other parts of the universe, we would have to have evolution occur twice, three times. It can't happen much one, life come from non-life. How can it happen more than once?
There was no UFO in Stephenville, TX.
Wasn't there.
Ask them instead, what were the drinking?

I can understand and appreciate your assertions, as I am a Christian as well, however your response fits a fairly typical model of ignorance and poor grammar skills. If you're going to rebuke things of this nature in the company of non-Christians, at least do so with some degree of intelligent reasoning and tact.
Simply stating something is not true because the Bible doesn't support it does absolutely nothing for someone who doesn't believe in the Bible to begin with. Arguing about the existence of UFO's from a Christian perspective is a complete waste of time in light of the message that Christ loves you as a person and wishes to have a personal relationship with you.
