1. apprise - inform, notify. Every now and then I like to apprise readers of TBOK about what is going on in the KMM network.
2. avowal - admission, confession. Their hands in the air indicate their avowal of defeat.
3. divulge - make public, tell. My wife would never divulge our personal finances.
4. elicit - draw forth, evoke, bring out. The lawyer was able to elicit some
information that the witness might not normally have given.
5. manifest - show, display. I have never seen him manifest any interest in her whatsoever.
6. overt - open to view, public. They caught the overt crime on a hidden camera.
