So, what did God make man out of?
Easy enough.
He made man from the dust of the earth, from the ground. And, He breathed into him the breath of life. Gen 2:7
I have seen my own two boys being born and in about 4 weeks or so, I will see our little girl be born, too.
The little girl is alive and kicking already in her mother's womb. It wasn't that way for the first 40 years (oops, don't tell my wife I wrote this.) It's a remarkable thing to see life happen, to watch an indigo-colored little person start breathing, turn red, then pink.
I suspect that God had as much fun watching that 'thing' he formed come to life the first time as we, I, have watching the first two and soon to be third time. Except God will multiply his joy by about 10 billion or so.
Yeah, life comes from life. There is no other way to explain it, scientifically or otherwise.
