Covering the business of education and training

I believe in sin. I mentioned that before.

Mankind, humankind, call it what you will, people sin. They do wrong. They do things that separate themselves from their Creator and the consequence is a predicament that needs resolving.

So, what is the root of sin?

Desire.

Desire to please the senses at all costs.

The woman saw that the tree was good for food. The tree was a delight to the eyes. The tree was desirable to make one wise.

She took and ate and gave it to her husband who was no more able to resist than she.

When our desires to please our senses, any of the five of them, get stronger than we are able to control, we are in danger of sinning, if not too late.

Sin is a problem for man and his helpmate.

Our world has problems.
