University of Richmond's Solutions for Hillary's America

The American Council on Education wanted to use the slogan in a campaign that highlighted the role of higher ed in solving problems "Solutions for America."

But, the University of Richmond wouldn't share the rights to the phrase which they have trademarked.

I wonder if "Gosh" is trademarked. And, "how stupid."

The University of Richmond doesn't seem to mind letting Hillary make use of the phrase in her campaign rallies.
